Our community is designed to cater to different levels of accommodations and care, including independent living, assisted living, and specialized programs for those with Alzheimer's and dementia.
Community Spaces and Activities
Our residents enjoy gathering with friends in common spaces, reading in cozy nooks within our library, and challenging each other to card games. We also provide a monthly calendar full of engaging activities to keep our residents active and socially connected. We encourage prospective residents to schedule a personalized tour and join us for a complimentary lunch to experience the warmth and hospitality of our community.
Accommodations and Care
Pacifica Senior Living Sunrise offers a home-like setting that respects the individuality of each resident. Our senior apartments for rent are designed to provide comfort and privacy. Residents are encouraged to personalize their apartments with their own furniture and mementos to create a cozy and familiar environment.
Types of Care Offered
We offer a range of care options to meet the diverse needs of our residents. Our assisted living program provides support with activities of daily living, such as medication management, bathing, dressing, grooming, escorting, and transferring. For residents with memory care needs, we offer specialized care and support.
Waitlist and Availability
Availability of apartments may vary, with waitlists for certain apartment sizes. We offer one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, as well as deluxe studio apartments. Our community also accepts the Medicaid diversion waiver to assist with care costs, while room and board remain a separate component.
Community Fee and Amenities
A one-time community fee is required at the time of move-in, which covers the life alert pendant issued to each resident, the monthly subscription for the alert service, apartment preparation, and the nursing assessment. Our community fee is nonrefundable once the resident moves in but can be used to join a waitlist or hold a specific apartment.
Respite Care
For those in need of short-term care, we offer respite care services in both assisted living and memory care. This includes a furnished apartment, meals, and participation in community activities.
Moving Assistance
While residents are responsible for the costs of moving, we can recommend a trusted moving service familiar with our community's layout, or residents may choose any moving service they prefer.
On-Site Therapy Services
We provide on-site physical therapy, speech therapy, and occupational therapy services, accepting both Medicare and supplemental insurance plans. Home health care and private duty providers are also welcome in our community.
Pet-Friendly Environment
Pets are welcome at Pacifica Senior Living Sunrise, with a one-time fee and annual vet visits required to ensure the health and safety of all our residents, both human and four-legged.
Health and Wellness
Our community facilitates access to COVID vaccinations, flu shots, and other health services for both residents and employees.
Transportation Services
We provide courtesy transportation for medical appointments, shopping trips, and community outings, included in the monthly pricing for residents.
