Overview of Our Staff and Training

Our community is staffed with a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Medication Technicians (Med Techs), and Caregivers. We also have a Nurse Practitioner available onsite three days a week. Our staff undergoes rigorous training to ensure they meet the high standards of care and support required for our residents.

Safety and Well-being Measures

Each resident is provided with a pendant to page for care staff when in need of assistance. Our care staff also perform room rounds based on the residents' assessments to ensure their well-being and that they are not in need of anything.

Transition Support Services

We offer a welcome committee to greet new residents and welcome them into the community. This committee introduces them to other residents, shows them around the community, and provides a welcoming packet that includes a gift and the current activities calendar.

Transportation Services

Scheduled transportation is available for residents, which can be arranged through our concierge.

Dining Experience

Our dining experience includes a main dining room and additional dining rooms on each floor. Residents enjoy fine dining with meals made from scratch by our chef and baker, who both have over 20 years of experience in the culinary field.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

Staff are equipped to assist with any resident complaints or issues. Our managers maintain an open door policy, and if an issue cannot be resolved at the community level, regional support and corporate office information is provided for further assistance.

Communication with Residents' Families

Changes or issues affecting a resident's care are communicated to their family by the Resident Care Director or Coordinator. Billing communications are handled by the Business Office Manager.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer respite stays at a rate of $175/day for Assisted Living and $250/day for Memory Care.

Pet-Friendly Community

Our community is pet-friendly, welcoming residents and their beloved pets.

Availability and Waitlist

There is currently no waitlist, and we have open availability for new residents.

Covid and Flu Vaccinations

Residents can receive Covid and Flu vaccines within the community.

Aging in Place

Residents are able to age in place, receiving the care and support they need as their needs change over time.
