Overview of Our Staff and Training

Our team comprises dedicated caregivers and medication techs, all of whom undergo comprehensive Dementia Training to ensure the highest level of care for our residents.

Safety and Well-being Measures

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we develop personalized care plans, taking into account the varying needs of each individual. Additionally, we have implemented the use of pendants and bathroom alerts for added security.

Support Services for New Residents

Our team offers robust support to new residents to facilitate a smooth and quick transition into our community. With only 12 residents per cottage, we ensure personalized attention and care.

Transportation Services

We provide scheduled transportation services for our residents within a 7-mile radius, ensuring they can easily access local amenities and appointments.

Dining Experience

Our dining experience is centered around community, with each cottage featuring its own kitchen where the 12 residents dine together. We offer a weekly menu along with alternative items to cater to different preferences.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

Any resident complaints or issues are promptly addressed by our Wellness Director or Executive Director, ensuring a swift resolution.

Cost of Living

The monthly rent for Assisted Living is $3000, while Memory Care ranges from $3750 to $4200, depending on the room. Additional levels of care are available for those who need them.

Communication with Residents' Families

We maintain open lines of communication with our residents' families, who can directly contact the care team for updates on their loved ones' well-being.

Short-term or Respite Stays

While we currently do not have respite stays available due to full occupancy, when available, the cost is $250 per day with a minimum stay of two weeks.

Pet-Friendly Community

Our community is pet-friendly, with the condition that residents are able to care for their pets independently.

Waitlist Information

We currently do not have a waitlist, allowing for immediate availability.

Vaccination Services

While we offer Flu shots to our residents, Covid vaccinations are not provided within the community.

Aging in Place

Our community supports the concept of aging in place, allowing residents to stay within the community as their needs evolve over time.

Pacifica Green Valley: A Unique Assisted Living & Memory Care Community

Pacifica Green Valley is a unique, home-like Assisted Living & Memory Care cottage-style community. We meet with each family and potential resident to determine which cottage would be most appropriate based on care needs, cognition, personality, and interests.

• We have 9 single-story cottages on our secure 4-acre campus.
• Each cottage has 12 private suites, each with its own bathroom & walk-in shower.
• Each cottage has a common living room, media room, kitchen, and dining area for those 12 residents.

Assisted Living Cottages

Assisted Living Cottages are perfect for someone wanting a smaller, more intimate setting. Residents may have some cognitive or physical limitations that don’t allow them to be successful in a larger community.

Transitional Memory Care Cottages

Transitional Memory Care Cottages are for those with various levels of dementia, but not exit seeking.

Secured Memory Care Cottages

Secured Memory Care Cottages are locked because the resident is now a wander risk, needs even more supervision and redirecting or physical care.
