Overview of Professionals on Staff and Their Training

Our team consists of various professionals, each with specific roles to ensure the smooth operation of our community:

• Community Manager: Manages all aspects of community upkeep and staff.
• Sales Associate: Assists prospective residents in finding the right apartment home.
• Lifestyle Coordinator: Organizes events and activities for residents.
• Maintenance Team: Comprises two members who complete community and apartment work orders to maintain the property.

Safety and Well-being Measures

Our community prioritizes the safety and well-being of residents through:

• Two secure buildings with key FOB access.
• Restricted access to amenities to ensure only authorized individuals can enter.

Support Services for Resident Transition

We offer a Resident Ambassador program where current residents meet with new move-ins to help them acclimate to the community. Various events and activities are also organized to assist in their transition.

Transportation Services

Although we do not offer transportation services, many residents utilize services like Uber, Lyft, and Lynx.

Dining Experience

Our community does not provide a dining plan or dining services as it is an Active Adult Apartment Community, not an Independent or Assisted Living facility that typically offers those options.

Complaint and Issue Resolution Process

Any member of our office staff can assist with resident concerns. We address and resolve issues promptly once they are brought to our attention.

Policy on Communication with Residents' Families

As an Active Adult Apartment Community, we do not communicate regularly with residents’ families. However, we will contact the emergency contact if needed during an emergency situation.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer lease terms ranging from 10 to 15 months.

Pet-Friendly Policy

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community. However, we have restrictions on certain dog breeds and a 70-pound weight limit.

Vaccination Availability

We do not have medical staff onsite and cannot provide Covid or flu vaccinations within the community.

Aging in Place

Our community is designed for 55+ Active Adults, meaning anyone over the age of 55 can reside here.
