Our community is staffed with qualified healthcare professionals, including LPNs, RNs, and nursing assistants. We also have doctors or nurse practitioners who visit to provide medical care and oversee health services such as COVID vaccinations for residents.

Safety Measures

Residents' safety is a top priority at Mortar Park. We provide pendants for residents to use in case of emergencies. Additionally, our outer doors are secured after 5 PM to ensure the safety and security of our community.

Residents are encouraged to voice their concerns or complaints. They can approach the front desk, where our managers are available to address their needs. We also offer forms for residents to fill out with their concerns, ensuring that every issue is heard and addressed promptly.
