Overview of Our Campus

On our campus, we have 79 Independent Living Apartments, 31 Assisted Living and 29 Memory Care suites. We also have short term in-patient rehab as well as long term nursing care in our health campus.

Professional Staff and Training

We have nurses and a director of nursing on our campus, CNA aids that are certified and maintain their certification yearly, and trained med techs to administer medication. In our Memory Care, we have dementia champions and staff with Best Friend approach certification. Our kitchen staff is ServSafe Certified.

Safety and Well-Being Measures

We have 24-hour staff and security/maintenance on site. Doors are locked by 9 p.m., requiring a bell ring for entry, while residents have key fobs for after-hours access. Our Memory Care/Legacy Building is a secured neighborhood with code access. We conduct drug screens, physicals, and background checks for all employees.

Transition Support Services

Upon move-in, we use a team approach for introductions and have friendly residents help newcomers acclimate by inviting them to meals and activities.

Transportation Services

We offer weekly trips to the store for Independent Living residents, medical transportation for a fee, and assistance with setting up Harmony Transportation if our bus is unavailable.

Dining Experience

Independent Living includes 3 meals a day with a continental breakfast and menu-style lunch and dinner. Assisted Living and Memory Care also include 3 hot meals with weekly specials and an always available menu. Room delivery is available for unwell residents or for a $5 charge.

Resident Complaints and Issues

Maintenance issues are reported to the concierge, billing concerns to our Business Office manager, and nursing concerns to the director of each neighborhood or the Director of Nursing. Our Executive Director Libby is also available for discussions.

Cost of Living

Independent Living studios start at $1999 per month, with various options up to Two-Bedrooms starting at $4800, plus a one-time community fee of $2000. Assisted Living suites start at $6629, and Memory Care suites at $6949, with additional levels of care costs and one-time community fees of $3250 and $3750 respectively.

Communication with Residents' Families

We send out family letters, offer Life Loop for updates, conduct care conferences in Assisted Living and Memory Care, and maintain an open door policy with our directors.

Short-Term or Respite Stays

We offer stays ranging from 5 to 60 days in Assisted Living and Memory Care, and 3 to 30 days in Independent Living, with daily rates and additional costs for levels of care.

Pet-Friendly Community

We are very pet-friendly in Independent Living and Assisted Living, with a one-time $500 pet fee and a $29 per month additional charge.

Waitlist and Reservations

We currently have a waitlist for 2 bedroom apartments in Independent Living, but not for Assisted and Memory Care. To reserve a room, we require the community fee and a move-in within 30 days, with a fully refundable deposit if the move does not occur.
