Wellness Clinic and Staff

Our wellness clinic includes a medical director, PA, podiatrist, optometrist, psychologist, audiologist, and physical therapists. Our front line staff includes STNA, RNs, and LPNs.

Security and Community

We have 24-hour security with cameras and are a gated community, surrounded by a gate that encompasses the 14-acre campus.

Resident Support

Each new resident is assigned a Resident Ambassador. Our Independent Living Director, who is also a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, helps new residents acclimate to the community.

Transportation Department

Yes, we have a full transportation department.

Dining Options

Larchwood Independent Living dining includes:

• Continental breakfast 8AM – 10AM (7 days a week)
• Breakfast or Lunch 10AM – 1PM (7 days a week)
• Evening meal 4PM – 6:30PM (7 days a week)

Belwood Independent Living dining includes:

• Breakfast or Lunch 10AM – 1PM (Monday-Friday)
• Evening meal 5PM (one seating - Monday-Friday)

Open Door Policy

We have an open door policy where any issue or concern can be brought to any of the leadership team. The Independent Living Director handles most issues for independent living residents. We also hold a monthly resident council meeting.

Rates and Meetings

Attached are the rates for both independent living buildings. We have daily meetings to discuss any concerns about residents. For independent living, we start with the resident and then may bring in family for a care conference if needed.

Respite Stays

Respite stays are in assisted living and are private pay at $260/day.

Pet Policy

Yes, we are pet friendly. There is a $400 one-time nonrefundable fee.

Availability

We have availability in independent living for certain style apartments. Currently, we have a McEvoy style available in the Belwood building, and an Aspen style available in the Larchwood building. Attached are those floor plans.

Health Services

Flu shots, COVID, etc., were administered just last month on campus for all residents that wanted them.

Aging in Place

Residents can age in place as long as they are receiving the services they need to maintain their level of living. Attached is the "My Independence" services that independent living residents can bring in to keep them in their independent living apartment. Services are now $10/15 minutes.
