Waitlist and Pet Policy

The assisted living community currently has a waitlist for new residents. Pets are allowed within the facility, although the policy may vary depending on the level of care required by the resident.

Short-term Stays

Short-term or respite care options are available, with a minimum stay requirement typically being two weeks, although sometimes one-week stays may be accommodated.

Transportation Services

Transportation services, such as a shuttle for shopping, banking, and other errands, are provided to residents.

Dining Experience

The dining experience is designed to be restaurant-style. Residents select their meals before dining, and servers bring the food to them, enhancing the overall dining experience.

Staffing

The community is staffed with nurses and aides to ensure proper care for the residents. Additionally, a medical director and several physicians are available, depending on the residents' primary care needs.

Safety Measures

While residents do not have pendants or wristbands, the facility is equipped with call lights to ensure that residents can alert staff when assistance is needed.

Addressing Resident Complaints

Residents can bring complaints to any staff member. There is also a resident handbook that provides guidelines for submitting formal complaints.

Communication with Families

The facility maintains a Facebook page and publishes a newsletter to keep families informed. Direct communication with families regarding resident care is handled through the nursing staff.
