Overview of Staff and Training

We employ Nurses, QMAs, and CNAs in our community. Our DON sets up and provides training for the nursing staff in our community.

Safety and Well-being Measures

We have a full-time physician’s group at our community, as well as full-time PT, OT, and ST in-house. We provide 2x daily wellness checks in addition to our daily interactions with the residents. Safety and well-being is always our #1 priority.

Support Services for Transition

All departments work together to aid our residents in becoming not only acclimated but also comfortable in our community.

Transportation Services

We offer transportation services for outings to stores and events outside of the community. We can assist with setting up transportation to physician appointments with an outside transportation company.

Dining Experience

We provide 3 meals a day in our dining room. There is a daily option as well as an always available menu. We serve restaurant style to our community members.

Addressing Complaints or Issues

We have a grievance policy that our ED handles. Residents or families can fill out a grievance form, or we can assist them in the process. Our ED investigates the problem and provides action to correct the issue.

Cost of Living

Unfortunately, without knowing the person and financial situation it is hard to quote a price. We are an affordable assisted living community that offers several different payment options.

Communication with Families

Our nursing staff, ED, and management team all work with families. DON assists with medical info, reaching out to families to keep them informed. Our ED and management team work with families on other needs. We also have a mobile app (ICON) that families can use to message staff with questions or concerns; they can check on appointments, etc. It is HIPAA compliant.

Short-Term or Respite Stays

We do not offer short-term or respite stays. Our residents sign a year lease but if something happens in that time frame and they wish to/or need to move, a 30-day notice is all that is needed to break that lease.

Pet-Friendly Policy

Yes, if the resident is able to care for the pet independently. The pet must have vaccination records, be spayed or neutered, and weigh under 40 lbs.

Current Waitlist Status

We do have a waitlist of people working through the process to become clinically and financially approved. Some are not finished with that process, so at this time we do have availability.

Vaccination Clinics

Yes, we host flu and COVID vaccine clinics.

Ageing in Place

We offer only Assisted Living in our community but will assist families in finding alternative placement when the time comes for a higher level of care.
