We are a Life Plan Community
We offer independent living as well as on-site health care such as assisted living and skilled nursing.
We do have a wait list.
90% Refundable Entry Fee Community
Our community is an 90% refundable entry fee community. We offer cottages, duplex homes, and apartment villas that vary in square footage for our independent residents. I have attached our pricing for your review.
Professional Staff
Your question regarding professionals I am assuming is for our assisted living area. All professionals are formally educated and licensed (RN, LPN, CAN) – all executives and directors are college educated. (see below link)

When you arrive to our community one measure that is in place for our residents is that we are a gated community that offers security 24/7.
Transitioning to Our Community
As our resident’s transition there are several measures to ensure a successful transition. This is done by our resident lead marketing committee along with our Director of Community Life Services.
