Accommodations and Availability
While Oakmont of Torrance does have a waitlist for certain apartments, they offer a variety of living options, including one-bedroom apartments with different amenities such as balconies.

The community offers short-term stays, provided they are longer than 60 days, subject to the discretion of the executive director and senior marketing director.
Pet Policy
Pets are welcome at Oakmont of Torrance, with certain restrictions on size, and cats are accepted in the memory care section.

Residents have access to free transportation for doctor's appointments within a 10-mile radius, with a van and a regular car available. For destinations beyond 10 miles, there is an additional charge.
