Our facility is staffed with Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) available 16 hours a day, and we have Med Techs and Caregivers present around the clock. All staff members receive comprehensive on-site training to ensure the highest quality of care.

Safety and Well-being Measures

While we cannot prevent all accidents, we have implemented a 24-hour emergency response system. Each resident is provided with a pendant to wear for immediate assistance when needed.

Transition Support Services

We employ an Engagement Coordinator who dedicates time to help new residents integrate into the community by assisting them with activities, dining, and social interactions.

Transportation Services

Our community offers transportation services with a Lexus SUV and a wheelchair-accessible bus for appointments and personal events, requiring a 48-hour advance request. We also organize outings to museums, plays, sporting events, and more.

Dining Experience

Our dining room is open from 7:00am to 7:00pm, offering made-to-order meals with a seasonal menu and daily specials. Our dedicated servers work to create a personalized dining experience for each resident.

Resident Concerns and Complaints

Residents can voice concerns through a resident council or directly to our Executive Director, who is always available to address any issues.

Cost of Living

The cost varies based on apartment style and care needs. Studio apartments start at $6494, with care costs determined after an assessment by our nurse.

Family Communication Policy

We maintain communication with residents' families as permitted by the resident or as needed, requiring Power of Attorney documentation for decision-making on behalf of the resident.

Short-term and Respite Stays

We offer respite stays with a 30-day minimum, priced according to the available apartment plus care costs.

Pet-Friendly Community

Our community is pet-friendly, featuring an off-leash dog park and a one-time pet fee of $500 at move-in.

Waitlist Information

Vaccination Clinics

Residents have access to Covid and flu vaccination clinics held within the community.

Age in Place

Our community supports aging in place, and we welcome hospice services to provide treatment to current residents as needed.
