Overview of Staff and Training

Our staff comprises RN’s, LPN’s, Nurse Practitioners, and an MD. We also have PTs, OTs, speech therapists, wound care specialists, a social worker, and a physiatrist. Additionally, residents have access to audiology, ophthalmology, dental care, and psychiatry.

Safety and Well-being Measures

We ensure the safety and well-being of our residents with coded door locks. However, we do not use bed alarms or wander guards.

Support Services for Transition

Our full team assists residents with their transition into the community as required.

Transportation Services

We offer transportation services for residents, covered under Part A or insurance, specifically for visits related to their stay.

Dining Experience

We provide communal dining daily for lunch and dinner. This is supervised by nursing and activities personnel to ensure residents' safety.

Complaint Resolution Process

If a resident has a complaint, they can bring it to the social worker, administrator, or any nurse manager. We will address it as needed, provide education, or take necessary actions to resolve the issue.

Communication with Families

We contact families whenever there is a change in the resident's condition, such as a fall or feeling unwell. Families can also call at any time for updates on their loved ones.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer short-term or respite stays at the cost of $270/day for a private room and $235/day for a semi-private room, with a minimum stay of 10 days.

Pet-Friendly Policy

We are a pet-friendly community for pet therapy and visits, but not for 24/7 stays.

Vaccinations

Residents can receive Covid and flu vaccinations within the community if requested.

Aging in Place

As a skilled facility, we accept patients with a skilled diagnosis and offer services from PT/OT/ST to palliative care to end-of-life care. We do not maintain a waitlist.
