Safety and Well-Being Measures

We prioritize the safety and well-being of our residents through comprehensive measures, including regular health assessments, emergency preparedness training, and strict adherence to health and safety regulations.

Transition Support Services

Oak Hill offers a welcome committee to assist new residents with any questions. Additionally, we provide access to a psychologist, with services billed through insurance, to support residents' mental health.

Transportation Services

We offer a bus for pleasure trips three times a week. Healthcare services are readily available, with a physician or nurse practitioner visiting weekly, a podiatrist weekly, and other professionals quarterly.

Dining Experience

Residents at Oak Hill enjoy meals in our restaurant-style dining room, receiving three meals a day plus snacks, ensuring a pleasant and nutritious dining experience.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

Residents can report complaints or issues to our Assistant Executive Director, Executive Director, or the Manager on Duty during weekends. These are then addressed as a team, ensuring prompt resolution.

Cost of Living

Living costs at our community are $5400/month for studio apartments and $6064/month for one-bedroom apartments.

Communication with Residents' Families

We keep families informed through emails, town hall meetings, and our CareMerge nursing program, which updates on residents' participation in programs, monthly calendars, newsletters, and menus.

Pet-Friendly Policy

We welcome pets, provided the resident can care for them independently. A pet assessment is conducted, and there is a non-refundable $250 fee for pets.

Waitlist Information

Our waitlist ranges from 30-60 days, reflecting our community's demand.

Vaccination Services

Residents have access to Covid and flu vaccinations within the community, ensuring their health and safety.

Aging in Place

While our goal is for residents to age in place safely, we do not use lifts. We offer hospice on-site, ensuring comprehensive care as needed.
