• Assisted Living $250.00/day
• Special Care Living $275.00/day

OPTIONAL SERVICES FEE SCHEDULE:

• Personal Laundry Service $10.00/load
• Tray Service $7.50/meal
• Guest Meals $10.00/meal
• Scheduled Transportation Within 10-mi. radius $10.00 round trip
• Outside 10-mi radius $15/hr plus $.65 mile
• Catering for Private Events cost based on resident’s request
• Beauty and Barber Shop prices posted in Salon

Notre Dame du Lac employs awake staff that is provided with specialized training in dealing with this resident population in topics including but not limited to communication, activities, personal care, and managing difficult behaviors. The activities are designed to enhance the lives of residents with dementia socially, cognitively, physically, and emotionally.

Service plans address the special social needs of those requiring assistance in transitioning.

Every Resident of Notre Dame du Lac shall have the right to private communications, including receiving and sending unopened correspondence, access to a telephone, and visiting with any person of his or her choice. We keep families updated about their loved ones' well-being through regular updates and meetings.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Yes, we offer short-term or respite stays. Respite Rates: Assisted Living $250 per day, Harmony Unit $300 per day.
