Our Prices

Our prices start at $341.00 – $548.00. I do not have any private rooms; our rooms are semi-private.

Staffing and Medical Care

We have LPNs that work each unit, with 2-3 per unit depending on the number of residents. Each unit also has a Unit Manager. Staffing includes 4-5 Geriatric Nursing Assistants per unit. Our facility is equipped with Primary Care Physicians and a Podiatrist who visit as needed.

Security and Safety Measures

For the safety of our residents, we have closed doors for those who need more security. Our beds can lower to one foot from the floor, and we can place fall mats on the floor for added safety. We do not use medical or physical restraints on our residents.

Transportation and Appointments

We offer transportation to local doctor appointments, though family members are required to accompany the resident. If our bus is not available, we use public transport, and for Medicaid residents, we register for Medicaid Public Transportation.

Dining and Nutrition

Our dining rooms are large, well-lit, and spacious for wheelchairs. Residents are encouraged to dine in the dining rooms for lunch and dinner, but they have the right to eat in their rooms if they choose. Breakfast is served in their rooms, and we can assist with feeding if needed.

Grievance Handling

A Grievance report can be filled out and is followed up with by our Director of Nursing and Social Worker team. We ensure any complaints from residents or family members are addressed promptly, including offering room changes for roommate complaints.

Communication and Care Planning

We maintain open communication with the families of our residents, offering Care Plan meetings and regular updates from our nursing staff, Unit Managers, and Social Workers.

Short-Term Care and Respite

We offer Short-Term care and Respite. Costs depend on insurance coverage. For short-term rehab, insurance typically covers if the resident is coming from a hospital. For respite care, Hospice services offer 5 days; otherwise, it is private pay, with rates between $341.00 - $548.00 depending on room availability.

Pet Policy

Yes, we are a pet-friendly facility. We require that all visiting pets are vet checked, with their records on file in our facility.

Vaccinations

We can offer the Covid Vaccination and Flu Vaccinations when they are due.

Aging in Place

Our residents can age in place, as we strive to keep them comfortable through the ending stages of life. We do not have a waiting list.
