While we do not provide moving services directly, we work with a trusted moving company to assist residents with their transition into our community. The cost of this service is the responsibility of the resident.

Our community offers transportation services for residents, including a bus or van for outings and appointments. This service is provided at no additional charge within a 15-mile radius, with accommodations possible for further distances.

Dining Experience

The dining experience at Bonaventure Senior Living is restaurant-style, offering a wide range of options from vegetarian dishes to meat selections. Our all-day menu caters to various dietary restrictions, including no salt added and sugar-free options for diabetics.

Our dining hours are from 7 AM to 7 PM, allowing residents to enjoy meals at their convenience.

Staffing and Safety

We have a dedicated nurse on site to attend to the medical needs of our residents. Safety measures include call buttons and lights in each suite. Our community is securely locked after certain hours to ensure the safety and security of our residents.

Addressing Concerns and Communication

Resident concerns are taken seriously, with a grievance binder available for logging issues. We also hold monthly resident meetings with our executive director to discuss and resolve any complaints.

Communication with resident families is maintained through letters or during the monthly meetings, ensuring that families are kept informed about their loved ones and community updates.
