Our facility is staffed with a diverse range of professionals including Registered Nurses (RN), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Certified Medication Technicians (CMT), Social Workers, Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Environmental Services staff, and Human Resources (HR) personnel. All staff undergo rigorous orientation and ongoing education as mandated by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to ensure the highest standards of care and service.
Safety and Well-being Measures
To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, our facility implements several measures including locking outside doors at night and conducting facility plans and drills for disasters. These practices are in place to provide a secure environment for all residents.
Transition Support Services
