Overview of Professional Staff and Training

Our facility is staffed with a diverse range of professionals including Registered Nurses (RN), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Certified Medication Technicians (CMT), Social Workers, Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Environmental Services staff, and Human Resources (HR) personnel. All staff undergo rigorous orientation and ongoing education as mandated by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to ensure the highest standards of care and service.

Safety and Well-being Measures

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, our facility implements several measures including locking outside doors at night and conducting facility plans and drills for disasters. These practices are in place to provide a secure environment for all residents.

Transition Support Services

We offer resources and support services to aid residents' transition into the community. This includes completing home evaluations, setting up home health services, and ordering Durable Medical Equipment (DME) as needed.

Transportation Services

We do not offer transportation services for residents.

Dining Experience

Residents have the option to eat in their room or in the dining room, with no additional charges for room service. Our dining experience is designed to cater to the preferences and needs of our residents.

Resident Complaints and Issues

Our facility has designated grievance officials to handle any complaints or issues raised by residents. An investigation into complaints is conducted to ensure prompt and appropriate resolution.

Cost of Living

The cost of living in our community varies based on the level of care required. Prospective residents are advised to call our facility to determine the level of care needed and associated costs.

Communication with Residents' Families

We maintain open communication with residents' families through care plans and phone calls, keeping them updated about their loved ones' well-being.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer short-term or respite stays, pending bed availability, with pricing based on the same level of care as long-term stays.

Pet-Friendly Community

Pet visits are allowed in our community, recognizing the positive impact pets can have on our residents' lives.

Covid and Flu Vaccinations

Residents are able to receive Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations within the community to protect their health.

Aging in Place

Residents are able to age in place in our community. While we do have a waiting list for our long-term care, we are happy to supply prospective residents with an application and additional information.
