Room Type: Semi-private room

Daily Rate: $320.00

Upfront Payment: $10,000 (required at the time of move-in)

Coverage: Insurances for skilled services are accepted.

I do not have a waitlist.

Could you share pricing and any other general information?

I take Private pay 320.00 per day for a Semi private room (10K upfront at the time of move in) and Insurances for Skilled services.

Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?

RN, LPN, and CNA.

Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?

24/7 care.

Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?

There is the ADRC or MyChoice, ICARE or Community Care.

Do you offer transportation services for residents?

Only for Doctor appointments there is a charge.

Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?

We have a Kitchen that makes the Food and delivers to the residents' room or to the dining room.

What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?

We address the issue right away and do our best to rectify the issue.

What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?

If the resident is their own person we communicate with them or the POA (the POA can call at anytime).

Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?

Respite yes – 320.00 per day Semi Private Room Minimum of 7 days - 10k up front at time of move in.

Are you all a pet-friendly community?

Pets can visit – must be on a lease and provide vaccinations to the Front desk before visiting.

Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?

Yes.

Are residents able to age in place?

Residents are able to stay until Death – with Hospice care if needed. I do not have a waitlist.
