Overview of Professional Staff and Training

Our staff includes Med techs, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and Home Health Aides, all of whom undergo rigorous training to ensure the highest level of care for our residents.

Safety and Well-being Measures

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we provide call pendants and have pull cords in the bathrooms. Our one-floor community layout allows for frequent checks on our residents.

Support Services for New Residents

We collaborate with any home care or home health services you prefer. Additionally, we make extra checks and encourage new residents to participate in activities during their first few weeks.

Transportation Services

Transportation services are very limited and need to be scheduled through the Activity Director.

Dining Experience

Our dining experience is seated and plated like a restaurant, with an alternative menu available if residents do not prefer the day's menu option.

Resident Complaints and Issues

All complaints should be directed to management so we can work towards a resolution.

Communication with Residents' Families

Communication with families is handled by the clinical team, who provide updates and changes. Families can request more regular calls or updates at any time. Care meetings are scheduled as needed through the Director of Nursing.

Vaccinations

We offer flu and COVID clinics as needed through our pharmacy for residents to receive vaccinations.

Aging in Place

Residents can age in place. However, if a resident becomes bed bound or requires a two-person transfer, they will need to move to skilled nursing as per state regulations. We currently have a waitlist, with openings expected end of January or early February.
