We have Resident Service Aids, a Resident Care Director, and Med Techs.

Safety and Well-being Measures

Doors and access points are secured at night. There are call lights in apartments, and a call pendant is available should a resident want one.

Support Services for Community Transition

We support new residents during transition by introducing them to other residents and escorting them to activities.

Transportation Services

Transportation for medical appointments is available on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Dining Experience

There are two choices for every meal and an always available menu.

Complaint or Issue Resolution Process

The resident council meets monthly. Residents can express concerns at any time, and we follow the Grievance Process outlined in the regulations.

Cost of Living

We offer Studio, Studio with Kitchenette, and one-bedroom apartments. Rates vary depending on the apartment and level of care, starting from $3,600.00 to $4,600.00, with four levels of care ranging from $500.00 to $1,700.00.

Communication with Resident's Families

There is no specific policy; however, any urgent issues will result in a call to families. Care plan meetings and assessments are conducted at intervals and reviewed with the Responsible Party.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Respite stays are offered at $225.00 per day.

Pet Policy

We are a pet-friendly community, depending on the pet and the resident/family's ability to care for a pet.

Waitlist Status

We currently do not have a waitlist.

Vaccinations

Residents are able to receive Covid and flu vaccinations in-house if they wish to participate, or through individual Primary Care Providers.

Aging in Place

Residents are able to age in place if they meet the guidelines for Assisted Living. As we provide LTC on campus, residents can transition to Long Term Care.
