Pricing for those rooms are: $275/day, $8525/month.

Overview of Staff and Training

We are a skilled nursing facility, so our staff includes MDs, NPs, CNAs, LPNs, RNs, activities staff, dietary staff, administrative staff, laundry staff, maintenance staff, and housekeeping staff. Upon hiring new employees, they are required to participate in our regular orientation and a dementia training class, as we do have many residents with dementia diagnoses. Certain certifications are required for specific positions and must be acquired prior to hiring.

Resident Safety and Well-being

We run fire, tornado, elopement, and chemical drills monthly. Our memory care unit is a locked unit requiring a code for entry and exit. Additionally, we have a Wanderguard system in place, setting off alarms in our elevators and at all exits.

Support for Transition into the Community

Our social services team sets up home health for residents discharging home. If any additional aid is required, the social services department will ensure it is a safe discharge.

Transportation Services

We have a facility bus for residents able to sit up in a wheelchair. For those who cannot, we set up transportation via ambulance companies.

Dining Experience

There is a set menu each month for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. For residents not interested in the daily menu, an “always available” menu includes basic meals like hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken salad sandwiches, and PB&Js.

Handling Complaints or Issues

A report is taken and addressed immediately if a resident expresses a grievance. If the issue can't be resolved by the first point of contact, it's expedited to the Director of Nursing or our Administrator for immediate attention.

Communication with Families

We offer quarterly Care Plan meetings and any family member can initiate these meetings. If there's a change in a resident's condition, family members will be notified immediately by nursing staff.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer both Short-term and Long-term stays. The cost is $275/day, requiring full payment prior to admission. For respite stays, full payment for the anticipated stay duration is required before admission.

Pet Policy

Pets are welcome to visit but not live in the facility. Before visiting, immunization records must be provided to our activities department.

Vaccinations

We offer flu and pneumonia vaccinations annually in-house. Covid vaccines are coordinated with our pharmacy and provided at specific times.

Aging in Place

We work with various hospice companies to ensure seamless transitions into end-of-life care. We currently have beds available and no wait list.
