Types of Professionals and Training at Mulligan Park

At Mulligan Park, we do not have nurses or medical staff. Instead, we have two sets of management teams who live on the first floor, comprised of husband and wife teams, who are truly the hearts of the community.

Safety and Well-Being Measures

We have implemented the Lively by Best Buy pendant technology, which allows residents to press a button for medical emergencies, direction help, and more. There is also a family app to track loved one's location and view emergencies. Security measures include locking all but two main entrance doors, which are only unlocked during business hours, and require a key card for access.

Resources for Transition

Our ambassador program ensures new residents make friends immediately. They will join resident ambassadors for meals, receive personal tours, and be introduced to likeminded residents and activities. Staff is always available to help.

Transportation Services

We provide transportation for appointments, shopping, banks, pharmaceuticals, weekly outings, and special errands. Services run M-F from 7-5, and weekends from 9-2.

Dining Experience

Residents can dine at set times and be served like in a restaurant, enjoying three meals a day with several choices and a la carte items.

Addressing Complaints or Issues

Residents can inform managers about any issues, who will work to resolve them.

Cost of Living

Costs vary with apartment size, starting at $2965 for the smallest studio. We offer 50 different floor plans, including one and two bedroom apartments.

Communication with Families

Families can call us for concerns or well checks. In emergencies, both the Lively Best Buy call center and our managers notify families. Communication is only with individuals on the Emergency Contact Form.

Short-Term or Respite Stays

We offer short-term stays, subject to availability, at a daily rate based on apartment availability. Our guest suite is $95 per night. Short stays like 90 days require a 30 days' notice, as we are month-to-month.

Pet Policy

We welcome pets without charging pet fees.

Waitlist Status

We have a waitlist, depending on the desired apartment type, but currently have some vacancies in studios and one bedrooms.

Vaccination Services

We do not provide vaccinations onsite, but offer transportation for residents to receive Covid and flu vaccinations.

Aging in Place

Residents can age in place, supported by third-party providers and Home Health Groups offering a la carte services at reduced costs.
