Our residents enjoy homemade meals with the flexibility of choosing between two dining rooms: a main meal area and a less formal 50s diner. Meals are served within a two-hour window, allowing residents to dine at their convenience without assigned seating or times.
Dietary Restrictions
Residents must be on a regular diet and capable of self-managing any dietary alterations.
Staffing
Our dedicated staff includes nurses on all three shifts, two RNs, approximately eight LTNs, a couple of med techs, and home health aides, ensuring comprehensive care around the clock.
Safety Measures
Resident safety is a top priority with call lights installed in every room, bathroom, and hallway. While we do not have security guards, we maintain surveillance with cameras at all entrances and exits.
Handling Complaints
Complaints are addressed promptly with the assistance of our case manager and administrator. A resident council is also in place to facilitate the grievance process.
Family Communication
We keep in touch with residents' families via phone or mail, depending on the nature of the communication. In emergency situations, immediate phone calls are made to ensure timely notification and response.
