Our facility is staffed with a diverse range of professionals including nurses, CNA’s, and caregivers. We also have physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists on-site. A nurse practitioner visits weekly, and a doctor comes monthly. Additionally, a podiatrist provides services every 90 days. We believe that education is power, which is why we offer extensive training and hold monthly in-services for our staff.

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we provide lanyards and call buttons, and we utilize Safely You technology for our memory care residents.

Transition Support Services

We offer resources and support services to aid residents' transition into the community, including partnerships with local transportation services and rehabilitation centers.

Our dining experience is restaurant-style, complete with waitstaff and menus.

If a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed, our executive director maintains an open door policy to facilitate communication and resolution.

We keep families updated about their loved ones' well-being through newsletters and monthly family events.

Short-Term or Respite Stays

We offer respite stays at approximately $300 per day.

Covid and Flu Vaccinations

Residents are able to receive Covid vaccinations and flu vaccinations in the community, as we partner with a pharmacy that provides these services on-site.

Aging in Place

Residents are able to age in place within our community, and we can arrange for hospice care as needed.

Available Accommodations

At the present time, we have the Elmhurst available on the second floor and the River North on the first floor with a patio, both in assisted living.
