Mount Elverna is committed to the safety and security of our residents. The building is secure, with special attention to memory support areas, which are locked for resident safety.

Emergency Response

Residents have access to call buttons or pendants to ensure they can quickly get help in case of an emergency.

Addressing Complaints

Residents can communicate complaints to staff verbally, through a dedicated phone number to the home office, or by submitting a written grievance.

Wait List Information

There is currently a wait list for assisted living and independent living, while skilled nursing and memory support have immediate availability.

Additional Information

While we do not offer staff or moving services for new residents, families are encouraged to arrange these services independently to facilitate the transition into our community.
