Overview of Professionals and Training

Our staff includes a skilled team of professionals such as the Director of Nursing, Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). All staff are required to complete all state-mandated trainings to ensure the highest standards of care.

We ensure the safety and well-being of our residents by providing 24-hour oversight and supervision.

Support for Transition into the Community

Our Case Management department assists with residents' needs to aid their transition into the community.

Transportation Services

We arrange Medicaid transportation for residents to ensure they can attend necessary appointments and activities.

Dining Experience

We offer communal dining on each floor with a menu made out monthly and provided to all residents. Residents have a minimum of two choices per meal to cater to their preferences.

Complaint and Issue Resolution Process

If a resident has a complaint or issue, the Administrator and other staff members are available to address and resolve the concerns promptly.

Cost of Living

The cost of living in our community varies depending on circumstances such as Medicaid, private pay room rates, and insurances. Please call for specific details regarding cost.

Communication with Families

Residents must give permission for us to update any family or friends. Calls are made to the emergency contact with any issues or concerns.

Short-Term or Respite Stays

Pet Policy

While pets cannot reside in the building, they are allowed to visit with the proper documents.
