Our Rates
Our rates are based on the square footage of the apartment.
Independent Living
- One bedroom apartments: 616 to 801 square feet.
- Base Rent starts at $4,136
- Two bedroom apartments: 874 to 1,150 square feet.
- Base Rent starts at $5,315
Assisted Living
- One bedroom apartments: 484 to 678 square feet.
- Base Rents starts at $4,140
- Two bedroom apartments: 792-856 square feet.
- Base Rents starts at $5,440
For couples, there is a $875.00 second person monthly fee. There is a one-time Community Fee of $3,000, per apartment.
For Assisted Living Residents, there is a monthly Care Fee in addition to the Base Rent. These rates are based on what we need to do to support the Resident. Our Nurse will assess the Resident to determine the Level of Care. The Fees are:
- Basic: $995.00
- Level 1: $1,395
- Level 2: $1,995
- Level 3: $2,395
- Level 4: $3,395

MorningStar Boise offers 131 Independent and 75 Assisted Living Apartments. Our costs are "all inclusive", meaning the base rent in either Independent or Assisted Living covers the following:
