Overview on the Types of Professionals on Our Staff and the Training They Undergo
Our staff includes Certified Caregivers who receive ongoing training and monthly in-services. Caregivers are certified by the state of Arizona. We also have a Wellness Director who is an LPN and a Wellness Nurse who is an RN in the building for any clinical needs.
Resources or Support Services to Aid Residents' Transition into the Community
Each manager will introduce themselves and provide a short orientation to their specific department on the day they move in. Our Life Enrichment Coordinator will introduce them to other residents with similar interests. Our entire team continues to check in on their transition to see how we can best support the resident.
Transportation Services for Residents
We offer medical transportation on Tuesdays and Thursdays within a 15-mile radius of the community. We also have scheduled outings for lunches and shopping that residents can sign up and attend.
Dining Experience
Our Dining Room is open from 7 am – 6 pm. Residents can dine whenever they please, and breakfast is served all day. We provide a restaurant-style experience with servers who assist residents in ordering. Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner are included for all residents.
Process for Addressing Resident Complaints or Issues
Residents are encouraged to speak with the manager of the department they have a complaint with and can always speak directly with our Executive Director. Residents also have access to reach out to the Long Term Care Ombudsman should their concern not be handled at the community level.

We offer Assisted Living and Memory Care. Please specify which level of care you are interested in for more detailed information.
Policy on Communication with Residents' Families
Families are encouraged to reach out at any time to check in on their loved one. If there is a concern or change in condition, our Wellness Director and Executive Director will coordinate a call or family meeting to discuss further.
Short-Term or Respite Stays
We do offer short-term stays. Currently, we are only offering respite stays in Assisted Living as our Memory Care is full. The daily rate is $250 plus care.
Pet-Friendly Community
Yes, we are a pet-friendly community. Residents can bring along their furry friend as long as they can independently care for their pet or have coordinated accommodations.
Current Waitlist Status
We currently have a waitlist in Memory Care.
Covid and Flu Vaccinations
We offer the flu vaccination in the fall to all residents and team members.
Aging in Place
Yes, residents can age in place and when it is time, they can bring in hospice to provide end of life care.
