Leadership and Staff
We have one Director of Clinical Services, one Resident Care Coordinator, Medication Technicians, and Resident Care Aides. The Director of Clinical Services is a registered nurse. The Medication Technicians have a certification, and a class is provided here. There is a 3-day orientation and other on-the-job training opportunities for all team members.
Emergency Protocol
All residents have a pendant that they wear at all times in case of an emergency. We run a daily report every morning to monitor response times.
Resident Transition
We try to make our new residents feel as comfortable as possible during the transition. We may assign a buddy, and team members will remind residents of meal times and activities.
Transportation Services
We offer transportation services to medical appointments within 20 miles from our community.
Dining Options
We have restaurant-style dining. Breakfast is typically the same every day (bacon or sausage, grits, eggs, toast). We also offer cereal and a few other options. For lunch and dinner, residents have two meats to choose from, as well as multiple sides. We also have an always-available menu which includes: Pimento Cheese Sandwich, PB&J Sandwich, Deli Sandwich, Cheeseburger, Chef Salad, and more.

For complaints and issues, we ensure that they are directed to the correct department and a plan is put in place to address any issues.
Cost of Living
The cost of living in our community varies based on many factors. We offer different room sizes/floor plans, as well as different levels of care. An exact amount can only be provided after completing an assessment with our Director of Clinical Services to determine the correct level of care.
Resident Call Program
We have a resident call program where each one of our managers calls the family monthly to update them on how their loved one is doing.
Respite Stays
We offer respite stays, but only if our occupancy is below 90%.
Pet Policy
We are a pet-friendly community.
Availability
We have some availability in our assisted living. Our memory care has a short waitlist.
Vaccinations
We do not provide COVID or Flu Vaccinations. However, residents have the opportunity to sign up for Acute or Primary care with our visiting Nurse Practitioner, who may provide those services.

Yes, residents are able to age in place.
