Overview of Professional Staff and Training

Our staff comprises various professionals, including CPR-certified personnel and caregivers who undergo continuous in-service training. Additionally, our management team ensures that caregivers receive thorough training.

Safety and Well-Being of Residents

To ensure the safety and wellbeing of our residents, we provide pendants that they can use to call for assistance. Room checks are conducted approximately every 2 hours. We encourage residents to participate in activities and dine together in the dining room. Regular fire drills are also conducted.

Support for Transition into the Community

Our staff is trained to assist new residents as they transition into our community, ensuring a smooth and comfortable adjustment period.

Transportation Services

Yes, we offer transportation services from Monday to Thursday, 9 AM to 3 PM.

Dining Experience

We provide a weekly menu and offer alternatives for foods that residents may not prefer. I personally eat our food daily and love it.

Process for Addressing Complaints or Issues

Any complaints or issues are reported to the Resident Care Coordinator. We will contact the doctor or Hospice and arrange a check-up if needed. If the complaint concerns a staff member, it will be addressed as soon as possible.

Cost of Living

Our room rent rates start at $3850 and go up from there.

Communication with Residents' Families

We have an open-door policy and families can call at any time. Families will be updated on any concerns or changes in their loved one’s condition.

Short-Term or Respite Stays

We currently do not offer respite stays. When available, the cost is $175 per day.

Pet-Friendly Policy

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community. There is a one-time deposit of $500, and the resident must take care of the animal.

Availability

We do not currently have a waitlist and have 2 one-bedroom units available.

Vaccinations

Residents can receive COVID and flu vaccinations during our clinic times, typically scheduled right before fall.

Aging in Place

Yes, residents are able to age in place until the end of life. Hospice services are available within our community.
