Staff and Training Overview

Our staff includes Med Techs, CNA, PCA, RA, LPN, all of whom undergo rigorous training to ensure the highest quality of care for our residents.

Safety and Well-being Measures

We have many drills and codes that we practice with the residents in case of an emergency. This includes preparations for Fire, Natural Disaster, Elopement, etc.

Transition Support Services

In the past, we utilized a Personal Care company for move-ins that needed additional support(s) for transitional purposes. Lately, we use staff and/or current Residents to assist with the support(s) needed during the move-in transitional period, such as more 1 on 1 assistance, help getting to the Dining Room, assistance with activities, and a welcome aboard by staff, etc.

Transportation Services

Yes, we offer transportation services for residents Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Dining Experience

Dining is restaurant-style. Residents have a waitress and are offered a couple of different options to choose from on the menu, which is then hand-delivered by their waitress.

Resident Grievance Policy

We have a grievance policy that includes a hierarchy of contact persons, from the Executive Director to the Director of Social Services.

Cost of Living

The cost of living in our community depends on apartment choice and level of care, but the median cost is $5,200.

Communication with Residents' Families

We communicate weekly by e-mail generally, but staff is to communicate with families anytime there is a change in a resident's condition.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Yes, we offer short-term or respite stays, but availability may be limited as we are filling up. The cost ranges from $15 to $195 per day.

Pet-Friendly Community

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community—as long as the Resident can care for their pet.

Waitlist Status

We do not currently have a waitlist.
