The community provides transportation services with a handicapped-accessible shuttle van. A driver is available on-site to take residents to medical appointments on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Additionally, transportation is available for various activity outings, including shopping trips, lunches, and shows planned by the activity department.

Nursing staff, including a director of health and wellness and support LPNs, are available on-site. A delegating nurse performs assessments at admission and following hospital stays.

A doctor visits the community to provide medical services to residents. Additionally, physical therapy services are available on-site, with a full office space and gym equipment to accommodate the needs of residents.

Safety Features

The community is equipped with safety features such as pendants and pull cords for residents to use in case of an emergency or fall. The front door is secured from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m., and the memory care neighborhood is secured 24 hours a day with keypad coding.

Handling Complaints

Residents and their families can easily communicate any complaints or concerns directly to the staff, including the business office manager, the nursing team, or the concierge. The community ensures open lines of communication for prompt resolution of any issues.
