About Morada Independent Living

We are completely independent living here at Morada so our care team consist of an Executive Director, Sales Director, Housekeeping services, Culinary Team, Maintenance team, and Transportation.

We are a gated community in a very safe location. We do have safety cameras in place and we are very aware of the coming and goings of people in our community here at Morada. We also work well with the emergency (EMS) they are very close to their station. Staff is here from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.

We are a private pay community. We do have month to month specials that can help offset the cost of moving so we would just need to discuss what can help get you here.

We do offer transportation services Monday thru Friday with a 24 hour notice anywhere they want to go here in town.

We serve lunch and dinner in our dining room every day, and also offer pick up, and delivery service.

If someone has an issue with something our Executive Director is always available to handle concerns.

Housing Options

We have several types of one bedroom, one bath, and two bedroom two bath homes here at Morada. Our starting monthly cost is 2775.00 up to 3695.00 depending on what home you choose.

Again we are independent living but if we do have a concern on the well being of one of our residents we do have an emergency contact list in place and will notify family if something seems off or wrong with a resident. Keeping our residents safe is our top priority.

We do not offer respite stays – we are independent living and they have their own homes here. They can have a caregiver come into their home but we do not offer nursing care.

Pet Policy

We are very pet friendly here at Morada is is a pet deposit of $535.00 one time, and resident provides fencing for their pet for their yard.

Availability

We do not currently have a waitlist. We have several beautiful home move in ready.

Health and Safety

We do hold a clinic about twice a year where we bring in Springwood Pharmacy to do Covid, Flu and now RSV vaccination.

We do have a wonderful continuum of care in place where our Active Independent residents are well taken care of and if the need arises for them to go to a higher level of care our sister community Morada Victoria located on the Zac Lentz Parkway is the next step when the need arises.
