Housekeeping & dining room staff are all trained by their supervisor on how they should do things here at Morada. All directors go through several people before being hired. I have been in this building for 15 years; our chef has been here for seven years and our head housekeepers has been here for over 12 years. We have several employees that have been here a long time.

24/7 Staff and Security

We have staff here in the building 24/7. There is a pull cork in every bedroom and for a small one-time cost, they can wear a pendant that will tell us where they are at anywhere in the building. All the doors are locked, with the front door being locked around 8:00pm every night. The best thing is the police station is directly behind our building.

Additional Services

We are always available to help our resident, but we do have resources to third-party vendors that we work with to help our residents if needed.

Dining Experience

We offer a continental breakfast that they either eat in the dining room or take back to their apartment. Lunch & dinner are a 3-course sit-down meal where they are served delicious food (I eat the food here, so I know that it is good).

Feedback and Communication

They come up to the front desk and request to talk to our Executive Director Daniel, if they aren’t satisfied with the results they then call or email our corporate office in Irving.

Pricing

Our prices range from starting at $1855.00 for a studio, 1-bedrooms starting at $2,350.00, and 2-bedrooms starting at $3,150.00.

Updates and Concerns

We will call or email you if we have any concerns or updates on your loved one.

Respite and Lease Policy

At this time, we do not offer respite, but we only ask for a 30-day notice if someone must move before their lease is over.

Pet Policy

We are very pet friendly; we ask for a $500.00 one-time pet fee on move-in.

Availability

We don’t have a waitlist currently.

Health and Safety

We have already this season offered a vaccination clinic, so we have them every year.
