Overview of Staff and Training

Our team includes specialized professionals such as:

• Administrator (ALCA) with MBA/SHA, LPN
• Clinical Director - LPN

These professionals undergo rigorous training at our facility to ensure the highest standard of care for our residents.

Safety and Well-being of Residents

Although we are not a Memory Care community, we have safety measures in place, including a coded elevator system and wellness rounds conducted approximately every 3 hours.

Support Services for Residents' Transition

We offer resources and support services to aid residents' transition into the community, ensuring a smooth and comfortable adjustment period.

Transportation Services

We currently do not offer transportation services for our residents.

Dining Experience

Our dining experience is styled like a restaurant. Residents can order from menus, which include three alternative options. We provide 3 nutritional meals and snacks available within the community.

Complaint Resolution Process

If a resident has a complaint or issue, they can fill out a grievance form. The Administrator or Clinical Director will investigate and provide a timely response.

Cost of Living

The cost of living in our community ranges from $5500 to $6800, depending on the suite size.

Communication with Residents' Families

We maintain regular communication with residents' families through care conferences held every six months and notifying them of any changes in condition.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We do offer short-term or respite stays at a cost of $5500 per month, with a minimum stay of 30 days.

Pet-Friendly Policy

We are a pet-friendly community, subject to the size of the pet and the resident's ability to manage it. A doctor's note is required to confirm that the pet is for social stimulation or is a service animal.

Waitlist Status

We do not currently have a waitlist.

Vaccinations

Residents are able to receive Covid and flu vaccinations annually within the community.

Aging in Place

Residents are able to age in place as long as we are capable of meeting their needs.
