Private Pay Rates

Private Room: $270 per day

Semi Private: $195 per day

Additional costs include medications, doctor visits (insurance is billed first), and some other ancillary charges.

Overview of Our Professional Staff and Training

Our team comprises Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN), Registered Nurses (RN), Certified Nursing Assistants, Certified Medication Aides, and Licensed Therapists including Occupational, Speech, and Physical Therapists. We also have rounding physicians: Dr. Henry Dollahite, MD, Dr. Rachel Villegas, DO, and Dr. Mark Lindemann, DO. Our staff undergoes rigorous training to ensure the highest quality of care for our residents.

Safety and Well-being Measures

Although our facility is not locked, all doors are secured after 5pm and reopened at 8am. All staff members undergo background checks, and each patient's individual safety care needs are assessed to ensure their well-being.

Transition and Community Integration Support

Our social worker provides a wealth of knowledge and resources for residents and patients transitioning into our community. Additionally, our activities department helps new admissions adjust to all we have to offer.

Transportation Services

Transportation services are available for our residents.

Dining Experience

We encourage dining in our spacious dining room, though residents may also choose to eat in their rooms. Our menus offer lunch and dinner options with alternate choices, alongside an always available menu.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

Residents are encouraged to speak with the floor charge nurse or report concerns to the assistant director of nursing, Director of Nursing, or Administrator. All grievances are promptly addressed with written documentation of the resolution process.

Cost of Living

The cost for a Private Room is $270.00 per day, and a Semi-Private Room is $195.00 per day. Medications and attending physician bills are separate.

Communication with Residents' Families

Families can call the charge nurse for daily updates and participate in quarterly care plan meetings with our team.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer short-term or respite stays at the same rates as our long-term stays: Private Room at $270 per day and Semi-Private at $195 per day.

Pet-Friendly Community

We welcome pets, requesting only their recent shot records.

Vaccination Services

Flu vaccinations are available on-site. While we do not currently administer Covid vaccinations, we assist residents in getting vaccinated at local pharmacies like CVS or Walgreens.

Aging in Place

Residents can age in place as long as they do not exhibit behaviors such as wandering or exit seeking. We offer skilled nursing and long-term care without a current waitlist.
