Apartment Styles & Rates

If a client is utilizing an elderly waiver or a CADI waiver, the rent is $1,170.00

• Studio: Floors 2-8, 419-421 square feet, Monthly Rate: $3,800
• One-bedroom**: Floors 2,3,4,7,8, 624-804 square feet, Monthly Rate: $4,400
• Two-bedroom**: Floors 2-6, 8, 922-1084 square feet, Monthly Rate: $7,200

Monthly rate is for private pay residents. **One and two-bedroom with a second occupant: +$800

A $500 deposit is required to hold an apartment for 30 days.

Service Package Levels and Pricing

Millers Landing offers assisted living and memory care services at an additional cost based on the hours of care you or your loved one would need. Millers Landing has trained staff on duty 24 hours a day. Our nurses are on-site full time during the week and are on-call in the evenings and weekends.

• Package 1: 45-75 hours of service per month, Monthly Fee: $5,800
• Package 2: 75-100 hours of service per month, Monthly Fee: $7,300
• Package 3: 100+ hours of service per month, Monthly Fee: $8,800

Millers Landing Senior Living offers additional services and accommodations to our residents and their guests upon request at an additional charge.

• Replacement key fob: $15.00 per fob
• Emergency call pendant: $25.00 per pendant
• Dishonored check/payment fee: $35.00 per dishonored check
• Interest (if payment is 30 days past due): 8% per annum
