Our facility boasts a dedicated team of professionals committed to providing exceptional care. We have 24-hour caregivers on the premises, ensuring continuous support for our residents. The Health Services Director is a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Additionally, our team includes medication technicians, home health aides, and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Each staff member undergoes rigorous training tailored to their specific roles to maintain high standards of care.

Safety and Well-Being Measures

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we maintain 24-hour staffing. We also have emergency response systems installed in all apartments, providing residents with immediate assistance when needed.

Resources and Support Services

We offer several resources and support services to aid residents' transition into our community. These include our Welcome Home program, primary care provider (PCP) information, and in-house therapy services.

Transportation Services

We provide transportation services for medical appointments within a 15-mile radius. Additionally, we offer transportation to the grocery store every Friday.

Dining Experience

Residents enjoy three meals a day in our dining facilities. Breakfast is served continental style, while lunch and dinner are served restaurant style.

Grievance Process

If a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed, they can file a grievance with the general manager.

Cost of Living

The cost of living in our community ranges from $1,795 to $3,495.

Communication with Families

We prioritize keeping families updated about their loved ones' well-being through care conferences and phone calls.

Short-Term or Respite Stays

We do not offer short-term or respite stays.

Pet Policy

Our community is pet-friendly, allowing pets that weigh 50 lbs or less.

Waitlist Status

We currently do not have a waitlist.

Vaccination Availability

Residents can receive Covid and flu vaccinations in our community through clinics held a couple of times a year.

Aging in Place

Residents are able to age in place to a certain extent. However, since we are not a nursing home and operate under a standard Assisted Living Facility (ALF) license, there may be limitations.
