Monthly service fee starts at $6,415 for a studio apartment and goes up to $9,793 for a two-bedroom apartment. A special offer includes a $500 credit for up to 12 months if moved in by December 31st.

Independent Living Pricing

Independent living is entrance fee-based with monthly service fees. There are refundable entrance fee options:

• Option A: 95% refundable
• Option B: 50% refundable (lower monthly service fee)

Entrance fees for apartments range from $210,000 to $650,000. Patio homes range from $451,000 to $616,000.

Wait List

There is a wait list for independent living, particularly for two and three-bedroom apartments. The wait list requires a fully refundable $1,000 deposit.

Pet Policy

Pets are allowed subject to the executive director's discretion, with a $1,000 pet deposit and current vaccination records.
