Currently, the all-inclusive monthly fee is $6295 and the move-in fee is $2,500.

About Memory Lane

Memory Lane is distinctive from other memory care communities as our programs and building are specifically designed for individuals with Alzheimer’s or dementia related diseases. We ONLY do memory care- and we only have 20 clients at a time in our community. That means your loved one will have a much higher staff to resident ratio and will receive a personalized care designed for their unique needs.

Community Design

Our community doesn't look like a hotel, with confusing hallways and crowded or institutionalized gathering places. Each part of our community was carefully designed to look like "grandma's home"- giving the comfort of a familiar setting. Each resident has a room fully furnished, with a huge bathroom complete with "roll in" shower. Even our dining room and kitchen are designed to enable the residents to interact with our chef and watch their food being prepared.

Outdoor Space

Our secured courtyard is protected by a seven-foot decorative barrier wall. This enables our residents to have unlimited access to 13,000 square feet of outdoors which include patios, walking trails, seating areas, and gardening stations. Because our ONLY focus is memory care, our activities program is individualized, tailoring to meet each resident’s socialization and activity needs.

In-House Services

We also offer Doctor visits, podiatry, labs/xrays, dental, pharmacy, vision services, and beautician services in house.

Fee Structure

Our fee structure is designed as an all-inclusive monthly rate. This means that we do not charge additionally for laundry, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, number of medications, coordination of services, etc., as it is our experience that persons with dementia need assistance or supervision with all of these services on a regular basis.

Insurance and Programs

We accept most long term care insurances and Veteran’s Aid and Attendance as part of the monthly fee if that is applicable. We also participate in the Florida Medicaid diversion program, which covers part of the monthly cost.
