Contract Options

Life Care
Life Care contracts provide an extra measure of financial security with access to personal care, memory care, and skilled nursing services. Should you need a higher level of care in the future, health care services will be available to you with minimal increase in your residential living monthly fees.

Fee-For-Service
Fee-for-services contracts offer a lower entrance fee and monthly fee for those who would prefer to pay for higher levels of care, as needed. Access to personal care, memory care, and skilled nursing services are available to you on a per diem basis.

Plan Types

Meadowood offers a variety of financial plans with both Life Care and Fee for Service contracts:

Conservative*‡
During the first 90 days of residency, the entrance fee is 100% refundable. After the 90th day of occupancy, the refund is determined by depreciating 2% for each month of occupancy. At the end of 50 months, the entrance fee is fully depreciated and there is no refund when your period of occupancy ends.

50% Refundable*‡
During the first 90 days of residency, the entrance fee is 100% refundable. After the 90th day of occupancy, the refund is determined by depreciating 2% for each month of occupancy. The entrance fee stops depreciating when it reaches 50%. The estate will receive 50% of the original entrance fee when your period of occupancy ends.

Conservative II*‡
This plan works the same way as a Conservative Plan, however; it has a lower entrance fee and a higher monthly fee. The Conservative II Plan does not apply to all residences.

90% Refundable*‡
During the first 90 days of residency, the entrance fee is 100% refundable. After the 90th day of occupancy, the entrance fee depreciates by 10%. The estate will receive 90% of the original entrance fee when your period of occupancy ends.

Waitlist Information

Yes, we do have a waitlist for anything larger than a one bedroom. It is approximately 2-3 years.
