Pricing and General Information

Could you share pricing and any other general information? Please see our 2024 brochure including floor plans and pricing attached here. Also attached is pricing for Assisted Living and Memory Care.

Staff and Training

Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility? This varies by neighborhood (Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing). I can arrange for you to talk with the different neighborhoods to obtain this information.

Safety and Well-being Measures

Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents? We have many measures in place in Independent Living including 24/7 security guards who are also EMT’s. Personal Help Button which our residents wear to call for help if needed. A motion detector system in the apartments which lets us know if the residents are up and moving around by 10am daily and if they are not our security guards visiting the apartment.

Transition Support Services

Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community? Yes and this also varies by neighborhood. For Independent Living, our Resident Life staff, Resident Welcome Committee, and on-site social worker are just a few examples of the resources available to new residents.

Transportation Services

Do you offer transportation services for residents? Yes, we provide transportation to doctors’ visits, local group shopping trips for groceries, banking, pharmacy. Weekly fun trips out (shopping, theater, restaurants, museums, etc…).

Dining Experience

Could you tell me a little about your dining experience? We have a formal Main Dining Room, a more casual Bistro, counter take out dining and In-Home Dining. We have separate dining rooms in our Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing but residents are welcome to enjoy The Main Dining Room and Bistro no matter where they reside.

Complaint Resolution Process

What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed? There are many ways to file a complaint. In person with a director, the front desk, filing a ticket for work that needs to be done in your apartment.

Communication with Residents' Families

What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being? We offer a voice-friend communication system for the families to keep them informed of emergencies. Our social worker works closely with families of residents if there are concerns. The communication is open and transparent.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost? Respite Care is $275 per day for a minimum of 30 Days.

Pet-Friendly Community

Are you all a pet-friendly community? Yes

Vaccinations

Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community? Yes

Aging in Place

Are residents able to age in place? Yes, we are a Type A Life Plan Community which includes the full Continuum of Care from Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care to Skilled Nursing, The Type-A model requires payment of an Admission Fee (aka Buy-In) and payment of a Monthly Service fee that covers you throughout all areas of care. We also offer a Type-C month to month rental model where you can enter directly into Assisted Living and Memory Care. In Independent Living we have available of most apartment styles.
