Overview of Staffing/Training:

We have 3 RN’s, Med-Aides, Resident Care Coordinators, Caregivers, Activity Personnel, Housekeepers and Maintenance as well as Office Staff. There is a training process for each department.

Measures for Safety-Well Being:

Each resident wears a call button and there is a pull cord in the bathrooms as well. Staff is assigned to residents and attend to their needs on a daily basis.

Support System:

We have a Welcoming Committee and all our residents and staff attend to a new resident to make the feel welcome and comfortable.

Transportation:

We have a bus with a lift and a car to take our residents on outings and doctor visits.

Process for Complaints/Issues:

They are given to our Directors and the Executive Director. The issues are investigated and resolved.

Communication with Families:

Quarterly care conferences with families are held. In emergencies, families are contacted immediately.

Short Term/Respite Stay:

Yes, depending on availability.

Waitlist:

None in Assisted Living at this time; Memory care yes.

COVID Vaccinations:

They were given when we had the Pandemic.

Age in Place:

We offer Assisted Living & Memory Care. Hospice does come in and attend to end of life residents.

The pricing starts at $4250 & $5100. We are offering a move-in special right now as well.

Apartment Features

All the apartments have their own bathrooms with a nice walk-in shower, air conditioning and heating in each apartment, a nice kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, sink, and lots of cupboards. Residents can have a coffee pot or toaster in their rooms.

Dining

All the meals are included and are served in our dining room by our wait staff. There are always choices in the entrees as well as a short order menu. The food is good and tasty with lots of home-made soups.

Utilities and Services

All the utilities are included with the exception of the telephone. We pay for extended basic cable. The apartments are cleaned weekly and we wash the bedding and linens. If the residents can’t do their own personal laundry, there is a slight charge for that.

Service Charges

Any services are extra, but we do an Ala Carte system where you only pay for the services needed and the time it takes to do the service whereas some Communities charge by levels where you might pay for a service not needed.
