Overview of Staffing/Training:

We have 3 RN’s, Med-Aides, Resident Care Coordinators, Caregivers, Activity Personnel, Housekeepers and Maintenance as well as Office Staff. There is a training process for each department.

Measures for Safety-Well Being:

Each resident wears a call button and there is a pull cord in the bathrooms as well. Staff is assigned to residents and attend to their needs on a daily basis.

Support System:

We have a Welcoming Committee and all our residents and staff attend to a new resident to make the feel welcome and comfortable.

Transportation:

We have a bus with a lift and a car to take our residents on outings and doctor visits.

Process for Complaints/Issues:

They are given to our Directors and the Executive Director. The issues are investigated and resolved.

Communication with Families:

Quarterly care conferences with families are held. In emergencies, families are contacted immediately.

Short Term/Respite Stay:

Yes, depending on availability.

Waitlist:

None in Assisted Living at this time; Memory care yes.

COVID Vaccinations:

They were given when we had the Pandemic.

Age in Place:

We offer Assisted Living & Memory Care. Hospice does come in and attend to end of life residents.
