Second Resident (Spouse) Information

The second resident (spouse) living in an Assisted Living apartment as an independent resident will receive all meals and laundry.
The second person charge is $1,812 per month.

Pet Policy

We welcome cats and dogs. There is a $500 nonrefundable deposit per pet and $15 monthly rent per pet.
