Mayberry Gardens has eleven homes, each with eleven resident rooms.

Type A Homes

Type A homes are minimal assistance, but a caregiver is always present in the home. Residents must be able to self-evacuate. Type A home pricing ranges between $3,500 - $4,500, depending on the room size.

Type B Homes

Type B homes provide more assistance and have two caregivers in each home. Type B home pricing ranges between $4,000 - $4,750, depending on the room size.

Memory Care

Memory Care for Alzheimer’s/Dementia residents are locked for the safety of the residents. There are two caregivers in the home. Memory Care pricing ranges from $4,750 - $5,500, depending on room size.

Additional Charges

There may be an additional charge for services/care not included in the room rate based on an assessment. This will be determined by the Director, Nurse, or Administrator prior to admission, yearly assessment or due to a change of condition.

Community Fee

Community Fee - $1,500 (Non-refundable, one-time fee)

Visiting Physicians and Podiatrist

A visiting physician group comes each Wednesday. You may use their services but are not required to. A podiatrist comes monthly. You may sign up for these services.

Additional Services

Salon services are available on the property.

Church services are each Sunday.

Hospice and Home Health services are available on the property.

Activities

Various activities are offered in each home and the activity center.
