Overview of Professionals and Training

Our staff comprises Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Registered Nurses (RNs), and Care Partners, who are also known as caregivers. All our professionals are certified in CPR and First Aid to ensure they are equipped to handle emergencies effectively.

Safety and Well-being Measures

We have several measures in place to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents. All residents in the assisted living section wear pendants similar to life alerts, and all rooms are equipped with emergency pull cords in bedrooms and bathrooms. Being a small community allows us to easily notice if someone is not present. During dining times, we use a checklist to ensure all residents are provided with meals, and nightly checks are conducted frequently.

Resources and Support Services for Transition

To aid residents' transition into our community, we encourage future families to participate in activities they enjoy, meet our current residents, and join us for meals.

Transportation Services

We offer transportation services for residents, providing rides to doctor’s appointments on scheduled days and organizing outings for residents who sign up.

Dining Experience

We provide three meals a day, served restaurant-style from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

Handling Complaints and Issues

All directors maintain an open-door policy, allowing any issues or complaints to be addressed typically immediately.

Communication with Resident’s Families

We keep the Power of Attorney (POA) or the resident themselves updated. Families can also call to speak with their loved one's nurse or the Wellness Director if they have any questions or concerns.

Pet-friendly Community

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community, as long as the resident can manage their pet. There is a non-refundable pet deposit required.

Waitlist Status

We currently do not have a waitlist for our assisted living but do have a waitlist for our Memory Care.

Vaccinations

Residents can receive Covid and flu vaccinations within the community as we host a clinic usually once a year.

Aging in Place

We support our residents in aging in place, which includes hospice services of the family's choice. However, we do not offer a skilled level of care.
