Overview of Professionals and Training

Our staff includes a diverse range of professionals: Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Infectious Control Nurse, Certified Nurse’s Aide, Certified Home Health Aide, Certified Dementia Practitioners, Recreation Director, Food And Beverage Director, Maintenance Director, Executive Director, and Business Office Manager. All staff members are required to pass a background check, provide necessary licenses for any certifications before hire, and attend monthly trainings and in-services.

Safety and Well-being Measures

We ensure the safety and well-being of our residents by offering 24-hour nursing and care services, securing the building after 9pm, and providing appropriate community spaces based on the resident's level of care, including assisted living or Club (beginning stages of ALZ) with secured doors at all times.

Transition Support Services

Upon move-in, we offer resident ambassadors and management team support. Under Medicare A, we can refer to a social worker if needed.

Transportation Services

Transportation to doctors in the local area of Freehold, Manalapan is provided free of charge.

Dining Experience

We offer 3 hot meals a day, restaurant style, with 2 specials for lunch and dinner, and an always available menu with choices.

Complaints or issues can be addressed to RNs, LPNs, or the Executive Director.

Cost of Living

Living costs are billed by the room rate and level of care and medication management. Room rates start at $3,660.00 and up, care/meds start at $610.00 and up based on needs and medication.

Communication with Residents' Families

Our policy on communication with residents' families includes regular updates about their loved ones' well-being.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer a 30-day respite stay at $8,250.00.

Covid and Flu Vaccinations

We set up Covid Vaccine/Flu clinics with our pharmacy to come into the community.

Aging in Place

Medically, residents may stay in the community as long as their medical needs can be met by nursing. Financially, this is possible after a 2-year spend down of private pay.
