Overview of Professional Staff and Training
Our staff includes caregivers with on-the-job training, LPNs, and medtechs who receive Florida medtech training and certification through FALA. We also have maintenance, a Dietary Director, Life Enrichment Director, and housekeeping personnel.
Safety and Well-being Measures
We ensure the safety and well-being of our residents with 24/7 staff availability. Exterior doors are locked between 8 & 9 pm and unlocked at 5 am. We offer 2-hour checks on residents if necessary, have a secured memory care unit accessible through a keypad, and dining room servers maintain a checklist to monitor residents' meal consumption.
Resources and Support for New Residents
Our community supports new residents in learning about the community and activity schedules, aiding their transition into our facility.
Transportation Services
We provide transportation to appointments on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday for a fee of $10.
Dining Experience
Our dining offers open seating with two specials for lunch and dinner. Residents fill out their menus after being seated. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served at designated times.
Addressing Resident Complaints
Resident complaints are addressed by the appropriate department head or the administrator, depending on the nature of the complaint.

Vaccines have not been readily available for administration in our facility, but we have made accommodations to get residents to vaccine sites.

Our community supports residents in aging in place, with some residents having lived here for over two decades. We do have a waitlist for new residents.
