One Time Community Fee
$3,000 - This is a fee that I take as a deposit and reserve an apartment. It is fully refundable up to the signing of the lease. Many families that could see their loved one living here, will give the deposit to reserve for 15 days. If they find placement elsewhere, it is fully refundable.
Chestnut Studio
Studio style apartment with living space, kitchenette, and bathroom - $3,710/mo.
- I have one available.
Sycamore Apartment
One bedroom with a kitchenette - $4,720/mo.
- I only have 4 in the community and are not available very often and none available now.
Rosewood Apartment
One bedroom full kitchen - $5,565/mo.
- I have only 1 available.
Bayberry Apartment
One bedroom full kitchen and an outdoor patio - $5,785/mo.
Inclusions
This cost comes with 3 meals a day. Once a week laundry and housekeeping. Also, DTV cable and a landline, along with all activities and social gatherings.
Evaluation
The evaluation is completed by either our director of nursing or assisted director of nursing. There will be questions regarding a physical and cognitive assessment. Based on the evaluation, a level of care will be assigned. This will start with assisted living or Independent living. Next will be a level of care given 1 -6 or no level of care if Independent.
- Level 1 - $1,025
- Level 6 - $2,725
We will do another evaluation 30 days after move in and then once every 6 months. OR if there is an event that would bring a need to assess.
Example
Resident living in a Rosewood Apartment with level 1 care.
- $3,000 on time fee
- $6,590/mo.
This comes with 3 meals a day (we have the best food), once a week laundry, once a week housekeeping, DTV Cable, and a telephone number. Even if the levels are needing to change, the resident would not need to move apartments. Only would need to move if needing memory care.

Types of Professionals and Training
We have LPNs (Licensed Practical Nurses) on our nursing staff, ensuring that a nurse is present on every shift around the clock. Nurses are supported by aides, some of whom are STNAs (State Tested Nursing Assistants). Training is coordinated by our home office in Michigan and facilitated by our Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON).Safety and Well-being Measures for Residents
Safety measures vary based on the resident's care level. Independent residents contact our team as needed. Each apartment has call buttons in rooms and bathrooms, and residents carry a call button pendent for assistance. Main doors are locked from 7 PM to 8 AM requiring callers to be let in from the foyer.Support Services for Resident Transition
An in-house resident welcome committee assists new residents in acclimating, particularly during dining and activities.Transportation Services
We provide transportation for medical appointments as needed, but frequent appointments like thrice-weekly dialysis are not supported.Dining Experience
